Mr. Chamuel Sameyeh, born in 1938 in Tehran, Iran, comes from a family of antique Oriental carpet dealers.
His lifelong dedication to Oriental carpets has taken him from Tehran to Hamburg and, since 1991, Singapore, where he continues the same tradition through SH. SAMEYEH PTE LTD.

- 1972–1991: Provided valuations and descriptions of antique Oriental rugs for German insurance companies in connection with claims involving stolen antique carpets.
- 1974–1976: Provided expert testimony concerning the value and description of antique Oriental carpets before the German High Courts in Hamburg, Munich, Düsseldorf, Köln and Kiel.
- Valuation & Authenticity: Provided numerous valuation reports and Certificates of Authenticity for Oriental carpets involved in various disputes in Germany and subsequently in Singapore.
